Okay, empece este blog para documentar el proceso de ayuno con jugo de frutas y vegetales que acabo de comenzar.
Tengo que decir que después que vi la película/documental Gordo, enfermo y casi Muerto- "Fat, Sick and Nearly dead"- la verdad quede super motivada de ver los cambios que pueden ocurrir en nuestro sistema, con solo darle los mejores micro-nutrientes de una manera drástica y definitiva- con determinación, fuerza de voluntad y con la meta final al frente.
Ayer, después de ver la película 2 veces, de hecho! decidí comenzar el reto de ayunar con solamente jugos de vegetales y frutas. Mi meta primera es lograrlo por 10 dias. Si entonces me siento bien para seguirla por 30 días lo seguiré, y luego por 60 días! ese seria mi meta final! aunque todo esto es el principio de un cambio completo de estilo de vida.
y aunque no tenia un extractor de jugo, lo inicie con la licuadora, muchos vegetales y frutas!!
Me sentia super mal durante dos meses, con nauseas por cualquier tipo de comida, no solo al consumirlas sino al olerlas (No estoy embarazada! por si acaso). Así que mi propio cuerpo estaba pidiendo un descanso y una limpieza.
Empece con 252 libras ayer en la tarde cuando me pese, tome mis licuados de verduras y frutas en la tarde y en la noche (total como 4 vasos).
En la manana después de mi desayuno de jugo de frutas y vegetales me pese, y quede sorprendida de ver que estaba en 246 libras! wow eso es 6 libras en 12 horas!! Hoy me he sentido un poco debil y con un dolor de cabeza ligero- pero pocas energias y mucha sed. Es normal los primeros 3-4 dias.
No creo que siga bajando a ese ritmo, no creo que sea sano, pero lo importante es que ya tome la decisión de cuidar mi cuerpo, mi salud y mi futuro, y con el poder del Senor, continuare haciendo hasta que logre mi meta de perder 120 libras!

Okay, I started this blog to document my journey on the Juice Fast!I have to say after I saw the movie / documentary "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" by Joe Cross- the truth, I was super motivated to see the changes that occur in our system, just by giving your body the best micro-nutrients in a drastic determined and definite way, and will power with the ultimate goal in mind.
Yesterday, after watching the movie twice, indeed! I decided to start the challenge of fasting with only vegetable and fruit juices. My goal is to achieve first 10 days with just a Juice Fast. If then I feel good enough to continue for 30 days will, and then for 60 days! that would be my ultimate goal! although this is the beginning of a complete lifestyle change.
And although it had not a juice extractor, I just started with the blender, lots of vegetables and fruits!
I have felt pretty bad for the last two months, nauseated by any kind of food, not just by eating but by the smell (I'm not pregnant! just In case). So my body was asking for a rest and a cleansing.
I started with 252 pounds yesterday afternoon when I took my vegetables and fruit smoothies in the afternoon and at night (about 4 glasses total).
Then, this morning after my breakfast of fruit and vegetable juice, I weighted myself and I was surprised to see that he was at 246 pounds! wow that's 6 pounds in 12 hours! today i have been feeling a little weak, with a light headache ( must be the caffeine withdrawal), low energy and thirsty. Is expected the first 3-4 days.
I do not think i will continue to loose weight at this rate, I do not think that is healthy, but what matters is that the decision to take care of mybody, my health and my future, and with the strength and power of my Lord, I will continue doing it until you achieve my goal of losing 120 pounds!
